ABOUT US

Frame Ventures was started in 2003 with the acquisition of Paramount Hotels Inc. to manage hotels we acquired near Union Square.  Our main focus is acting in a general partner role in value-added hospitality investments.  Through key strategic relationships with select partners, Frame Ventures also pursues opportunities outside of the hospitality principal role.

Alan Guy

As President and co-founder of Anvil Builders, Alan provides strategic, hands-on involvement and construction knowledge for Frame Venture’s projects. A recognized leader in the industry, Alan serves on the Board of the Construction Millennials of America (CMA). 


Alan holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Davis, and started his career with one of the largest general contractors in the Bay Area as a project manager overseeing a variety of high-profile projects. Alan is a LEED AP recognized by the Green Building Certification Institute.
