ABOUT US

Frame Ventures was started in 2003 with the acquisition of Paramount Hotels Inc. to manage hotels we acquired near Union Square.  Our main focus is acting in a general partner role in value-added hospitality investments.  Through key strategic relationships with select partners, Frame Ventures also pursues opportunities outside of the hospitality principal role.

Chris Lehman

Chris has a long and varied background in commercial real estate that started in Barcelona in 1995 with retail and hospitality development projects.  Since then, Chris has been in involved in varying aspects of a wide range of hospitality, residential and office projects.  Prior to founding Frame Ventures in 2003, Chris worked in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group and in asset management for GE Capital Real Estate Advisors.


Chris graduated from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s Graduate School of Business.  He is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a member of both the San Francisco Olympic Club and the Urban Land Institute.
