Frame Ventures was started in 2003 with the acquisition of Paramount Hotels Inc. to manage hotels we acquired near Union Square. Our main focus is acting in a general partner role in value-added hospitality investments. Through key strategic relationships with select partners, Frame Ventures also pursues opportunities outside of the hospitality principal role.
Richard J. Leider
Richard contributes more than twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development and strategic management. Richard is the co-founder and CFO of Anvil Builders, a San Francisco-based civil engineering construction company with annual revenue of over $100 million. Previously, Richard was with Tano Capital, a global private equity firm.
Richard graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Corporate Directors, CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), and is currently on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Richard serves as an independent director of First Capital REIT.
