Frame Ventures offers its hospitality and construction expertise to owners of real estate, acting directly and through its affiliates as a principal, raising equity internally from high net worth individuals and forming joint ventures for a range of projects. With each proposed project, the company’s research staff exhaustively evaluates each asset before it is acquired and develops a thorough strategy for re-positioning the property.
Frame Ventures served as the managing member of this gut renovation conversion of an SRO hotel to an 80-room boutique hotel with a restaurant and bar. Tasks included acquisition, financing, project management. Frame Ventures sold the hotel to Charlie Palmer’s hotel group. 417 Stockton is currently named, operated and owned by Pali Hotel.
